At the Pilates Studio of Central Ohio, INC. in Columbus, Ohio, you can experience STOTT PILATES® in a safe and comfortable atmosphere with Certified Instructors.

Novice to Expert

There are many different classes to choose from – novice to expert! The classes can be on the mat and/or on the specially designed equipment originally invented by Joseph H. Pilates. And if you have a desire to be able to teach pilates in a professional setting you can potentially enter into the educational program offered at the studio.

Whether you are a seasoned fitness enthusiast or a complete beginner in a structured workout program you can still do pilates. It is a very gentle form of exercise however it can be part of a rigorous workout regime also. The low impact exercises increase and balance strength and flexibility, improve alignment and posture, improve concentration and coordination, and synchronize the mind and the body. It is suitable for all ages past the adolescent growth spurt and anyone at all levels of fitness can participate.
