STOTT PILATES® is a form of exercise which enhances flexibility, strength, balance, and coordination from the inside out. By focusing on deep supporting muscles, core stabilization, and body resistance, total body development is enhanced. Those who are consistently involved testify to the relaxation, focus and total body makeover experienced while doing Pilates. Strengthening through your own body resistance while stretching is a valuable dimension available through this form of exercise. Come enjoy a total body makeover.

Equipment Workouts

STOTT PILATES® workouts on the equipment are available during the studio hours of operation and are by appointment only.

In the studio you will be instructed on the STOTT REFORMER, CADILLAC, CHAIR, and LADDER BARREL. The studio sessions run approximately one hour where you will learn how to utilize the uniquely and specially designed PILATES based equipment from STOTT PILATES® EQUIPMENT, INC. of Toronto, Canada.

Initial Consultation

The Initial Consultation consists of 5 Private Sessions with a qualified trainer in a relaxing and comfortable studio atmosphere. During your first visit you will experience Pilates Mat and Equipment exercises immediately after a Postural Analysis and Evaluation. We will discuss your fitness history and personal goals to understand more about what direction you're going with Pilates exercise - total body conditioning or rehabilitation. There will be four follow-up sessions after the initial visit to begin your journey towards a longer, leaner you!

Group Instruction

A workout with others in a group format through a STOTT PILATES® routine on the reformer that will stimulate your mind and lengthen your body. Emphasis is on proper placement, breathing and alignment of the body in relation to the specially designed equipment.

Private Instruction

  • Precise structural alignment to promote efficiency of form and function

  • Balancing strength and flexibility to increase muscle tone and reduce bulk
  • Reducing chronic muscle tension, joint strain, and stress

Un-Instructed Sessions

  • Self-paced environment completing a Pilates routine customized for you

  • Instructors available to answer questions and concerns

Initial Consultation in a Duet Format

This is a great way to begin Pilates with a friend! You and your friend/partner will be lead through a private workout on the uniquely designed Reformer, which supports your body while you work through full range of motion exercises, developing slimmer muscles rather than bulk. This is a challenging but fun way to study Pilates!
