The Pilates Studio of Central Ohio has become a STOTT Pilates Certification Training this fall. Now you will have the opportunity to become STOTT Pilates Certified which is internationally recognized around the world as one of the best training programs available.
We will be offering training workshops on the Mat Work (IMP), the Reformer (IR), Advanced Mat (AM) and the Advanced Reformer (AR). (Complete Information)
