When can I start up again after giving birth?
It is usually safe to start back up with a beginner level program four to six weeks after giving birth. We also recommend that you check with your physician before you begin working out again.
What should I wear?
Comfortable workout clothing.
Should I eat before I come?
It is a good idea to have a snack 30
minutes prior to coming to class and to drink water as needed throughout the class.
