Toning Balls come in 1 lb, 2 lbs, and 3 lbs, and fit comfortably in your hands.  Their shape also enables them to be used in a variety of ways. For instance, placed between the knees, the balls can greatly intensify an exercise.Toe Sox

Toe Sox are made of 100% organic cotton and will keep your tootsies cozy during your pilates sessions.  The bottoms have non-slip grips which provide traction on the equipment.

We carry We Pilates, a chic clothing line.  Most of the items are made in the USA, and many products are made of organic cotton.Foam Roller

Foam Rollers are great for releasing muscular tension, but they can also be used to challenge balance, strength, and coordination.  Ours are made from non-toxic EVA foam.
