Intro to STOTT PILATES
Intro to STOTT PILATES is designed for individuals who are new to the STOTT PILATES method. The class will focus on learning the five basic principles and the restoration and retention of the natural curvature of the spine. The understanding of these principles is essential before continuing to the other classes. Participants must complete four introductory classes before moving to the other classes.Primary Pilates Mat
This class focuses on the most effective execution of 40 different exercises. While focusing on the fundamentally based principles and body alignment, you will certainly receive a great workout. The completion of 8 "primary" classes along with permission from the instructor is necessary to participate in the other offered mat classes.Power Pilates Mat
The Power Pilates Mat class is designed to take the intensity of the "Primary Pilates" exercises up a notch by a more speedy execution of the exercises. To enhance the intensity, props may also be used.Pilates Fusion Mat
The Pilates Fusion Mat class is designed to add a unique diversity to the fundamental STOTT PILATES principles. This is accomplished by the use of props such as the bosu, fitness circle, flex band, stability ball, toning ball, etc.Walking Pilates: Take your workout to the next level with this combination cardio-pilates exercise program. This class is a great way to bring your cardio workout inside. In this class you will be walking just 2 miles in 25 minutes. *Intro Mat and Primary Mat  classes required and bring good walking shoes.Pricing of Mat Classes
