The Primary Reformer Classes, which begin after your serier of initial privates, focus on the most effective execution of all the "essential" exercises.

Power
The Power Reformer class is designed to add to the intensity of everything gained by investing your body in the essential repertoire. Increased pace, reps, and variety to increase the class challenge.
C.O.R.E. (Circuit On Reformer and Equipment)
The COREE class includes a combined reformer and mat workout with the possibility of chair and barrel work. The only prerequisite for this class is that you are at a reformer power level.
Jumpboard Cardio
The Jumpboard Cardio class is an opportunity to take your Pilates reformer workout to another level by increasing your heart rate. You may be at any level to join this class, but it is not recommended for those who have back, knee, and/or ankle issues.
Intermediate
This will take your workout to the ultimate level. After receiving permission from an instructor and/or a series of additional privates, one may progress to this Intermediate Level. Ability, coordination, and strength will be challenged.
Stability Chair Class
This class is all done on the STOTT PILATES Splitt Pedal Stability Chair. Not only will you be challenging your core, stability, and balance, it's a great way to add variety into your Pilates workout!
Lunchtime Pilates
Looking for a quick workout at lunch? Join us for an open level 30-minute class on the reformer.
